By creating an account, signing in or using Callbreak Minus App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and meet the minimum age applicable in your country. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure and activity performed through your account. Guest accounts may have limited recovery options.

Licence to use the service

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the game for private entertainment, subject to these Terms. We retain all rights in the software, artwork, names, game systems and other service content except rights belonging to third parties.

Player conduct

You must follow the Community Guidelines and Fair Play Policy. You may not cheat, collude, automate play, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate others, harass players, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt servers, scrape the service or use it unlawfully.

Virtual items and purchases

Coins, gems, rewards, cosmetic items, ratings and similar game content are licensed for use only inside the service. They are not money, property, cryptocurrency or a promise of value; they cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. We may adjust virtual economies to correct errors, abuse or balance issues. Store-billed purchases are also subject to the store's terms and our Refund Policy.

Advertising and third-party services

The game may display third-party advertising and use sign-in, app-store or infrastructure services supplied by others. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party content beyond what applicable law requires.

Updates, availability and termination

Online access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or events beyond reasonable control. Features and rules may change. We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security risk, legal requirements or prolonged discontinuation of the service. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Disputes and applicable law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the service operator, while mandatory consumer protections and courts available in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
