Fair Play Policy

Skill and decisions should determine each match. Manipulation that creates an unfair advantage is prohibited.

Prohibited conduct

• Using bots, macros, modified clients, scripts or unauthorised automation.
• Colluding with another player, sharing hidden cards, intentionally transferring wins or manipulating matchmaking and rankings.
• Exploiting a bug, replaying requests, tampering with network traffic or bypassing server-enforced rules.
• Using multiple accounts to gain rewards, evade enforcement or influence results.
• Trading, selling or transferring accounts or virtual items outside supported game features.

Integrity reviews

We may review gameplay events, connection patterns, account relationships, reward activity and reports to identify abuse. Automated signals do not always result in action without further review.

Corrections and enforcement

We may cancel affected matches, reverse illegitimate rewards, correct balances or rankings, restrict matchmaking, suspend accounts or terminate access. Report suspected cheating through the in-game report option or email support.
